Guidance for regulators on fitness to practise hearings during the Covid-19 pandemic

The Authority has been looking at the concerns surrounding virtual hearings and, following a consultation, has issued this guidance. We are grateful to all who responded to the consultation for their thoughtful responses, which were provided at short notice. We hope that this guidance will prove helpful in establishing a consistent approach across the regulators.
