PSA receives Silver TIDE award for workplace inclusion

The Professional Standards Authority (PSA) is delighted to announce it has achieved a Silver TIDE award in recognition of its work to build a more inclusive workplace.
The Talent Inclusion and Diversity Evaluation (TIDE) is a diversity, equality and inclusion self-assessment and benchmarking tool developed by Onvero. It assesses organisations across 10 key areas, including inclusive recruitment, leadership, employee voice, wellbeing and belonging.
The award reflects the PSA’s continuing commitment to building an inclusive workplace for all our employees.
