Consultation on a review of the Standards of Good Regulation

This consultation paper outlines how we could approach reviewing the Standards of Good Regulation and invited responses on how this review could go ahead: whether we should revise the Standards or rewrite them on a principles-based approach. The deadline for responses was 12 September 2017, so the consultation is now closed.
