Dealing with concerns/complaints about opticians/optometrists

If you have a concern about whether one of the GOC's registrants is fit to practise, you can find out more from the GOC's website about what type of issues they can deal with and how they will take your concern or complaint forward. We cannot deal with individual complaints about practitioners, but you can give us your feedback about your experience if you do contact the GOC. Find out more about how to give us your feedback. If you are not sure who to contact, find out more in our guides about how to make a complaint about health or care in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
